Over 150 breeds and 20 years experience have helped to create this stable ‘off the shelf’ system which accommodates the comprehensive requirements of all our breeds of Sheep, Cattle, Pigs, Goats, Equines and Camelids.

It provides all the tools a breed secretary needs to manage the membership and registry records, communicate effectively with their members and provide the reports and analysis needed by the governing body.

There are easy to use input screens, but also the ability to import information direct from the Grassroots Online Registry,  from on-farm systems, Signet, Market Reports and DNA Results.

The integrated Invoice system enables the automatic raising of invoices as registration, transfer, show entries and DNA applications are processed, and the raising of subscription renewals based on membership type and due dates.  These are uploaded to Xero, Quickbooks or Sage accounting systems.

The Specialist Equine Module - enables full compliance with Minimum Operating Standards (MOPS) for Passport Issuing Organisations (PIOs) and links to Central and Scottish Equine Databases (CED and SED).

The system also includes the tools for comprehensive and flexible reporting to create Flock Books, Herd Books, Stud Books, Certificates or Passports. It also provides the tools for breed and member analysis, relationship analysis, GDPR compliance, direct mailing and emailing, mapping and reporting for any group or sub group of the population of people or animals.  In short anything a breed society might need to do.
