This is an off the shelf system tailored to the needs of each organisation to help manage membership. This includes full contact details, correspondence and history, gift aid, GDPR compliance, mapping and the ability to code people into Regions, Membership Types and ‘Selection Groups’. It enables bulk updates and facilitates direct mailing by post or email and reporting for any group or sub group of the population.
The integrated book keeping system makes it easy to manage subscriptions, merchandise, VAT, Gift Aid and Year End reporting and multiple charitable funds. The Book Keeping module is only available in the UK.
