The integrated Invoice system enables the automatic raising of invoices as registration, transfer, show entries and DNA applications are processed, and the raising of subscription renewals based on membership type and due dates. These are uploaded to Xero or Quickbooks accounting systems.
The Specialist Equine Module - enables full compliance with Minimum Operating Standards (MOPS) for Passport Issuing Organisations (PIOs) and links to Central and Scottish Equine Databases (CED and SED).
The comprehensive Breed Analysis tools allow for simple graphs, Check Mate, Kinship analysis, links to PopRep and full SPARKS analysis
The system also includes the tools for comprehensive and flexible reporting to create Flock Books, Herd Books, Stud Books, Certificates or Passports. It also provides the tools for breed and member analysis, relationship analysis, GDPR compliance, direct mailing and emailing, mapping and reporting for any group or sub group of the population of people or animals. In short anything a breed society might need to do.
