Provides the administrator with the option to :

Set up the Shows for the year with show dates, judges, and classes.

Add the results into the system and produce reports to check.

Verify the results and make them available to view in Farmers Online.

There is a small monthly subscription for the use of this module. 

This a comprehensive system with the options to:

Set up a person in the ‘Role’ of ‘Show Administrator’ who can access all the Show Management screens.

Set up People in the ‘Role’ of ‘Show Rep’ who can access information and results screen for specific shows.

Set up the Shows for the year with show dates, judges, classes with filters, entry fees and additional fees (e.g penning fees).

Allow member to do their own entries via Farmers Online.

Create management reports including catalogue, summary lists, stewards exhibitor lists, running order, results sheet, email and address labels for exhibitors, animals labels or lanyards.

Raise invoices for all entries (if the breed uses IIS).

Add the results into the system and produce reports to check.

Verify the results and make them available to view in Farmers Online.

EntryMaster is an independent company who provide show management software predominantly for equine events.  Grassroots have created a link so that participating breeds can get have their EntryMaster show entries auto-checked against the Grassroots data to ensure exhibitors are members, animals are registered and catalogue information is correct.
