CED

Grassroots provides the pedigree software system used by 29 UK Passport Issuing Organisations (PIOs).  The Grassroots system tracks the passport, issues the Unique Life Numbers (UELNs) and is compliant with the Minimum Operating Standards (MOPS) for PIOs. Grassroots has the necessary links to enable the upload of the relevant  pedigree and ownership data to the UK Central Equine Database (CED) and the Scottish Equine Database (SED).
